Good Morning My Fairview Heating & Cooling Customers!!!
We made the decision to become members of the Better Business Bureau because of a couple of small things that most people overlook, but we didn’t. First off, when I was contacted by the BBB, I was impressed with their dedication to only have HIGH INTEGRITY companies become members. One of the first statements their representative made to me was that they had two primary functions – Integrity and Performance. Well, if you have spent anytime on our website or had work done by our crews, you know that this is a top priority for Comfort Zone Heating & AC. The second thing that I was impressed with was their dedication to creating a community of trustworthy businesses.
Sometimes, you have to look at other’s words to make a point—–
BBB Accreditation is an honor – and not every company is eligible. Businesses that meet our high standards are invited to join BBB. Businesses meeting BBB standards are presented to local Boards of Directors (or designees) for review and acceptance as a BBB Accredited Business.
We have all heard of the BBB of Oregon, but have you really checked out what they represent? I have to admit, that I hadn’t. I took a close look at their website and compared their mission statement next to ours and found a very good fit. We are proud to be members of the BBB of Oregon and also know that Comfort Zone will represent them well.
